Structura is a digital product delivered instantly after payment. You will receive access to the files immediately upon successful payment. No physical product is shipped.
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Structura for your own personal or professional use. You may not:

Due to the digital nature of the product and instant delivery, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase. This is in accordance with EU consumer protection laws regarding digital content delivered with prior express consent.
All content, methodology, scoring systems (ISA - Activity Sustainability Index), text, design, and materials in Structura are the intellectual property of the publisher. All rights reserved.
Structura is a self-assessment diagnostic tool. It does not provide coaching, therapy, medical advice, or professional consulting. The results are informational and based on your self-reported data. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act upon your results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Structura and its publisher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price paid (EUR 29).
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable national law of the publisher's country of residence. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
